Coming from someone who loves the Gospel, this Anti-Gospel had a beauty of its own!

3. The elevation of a person (as to the status of a god)

Brooklynn Dean’s writing is intelligent, beautifully poetic, descriptively visual, and well-paced.
I love gritty horror, I love theology, I love learning about cults, I love storylines with biblical characters and elements. I GOT EVERY ONE OF THOSE THINGS with Brooklynn Dean’s, Anti-Gospel Masterpiece “Deification” !  (Book 1)

The plot is a simple mission with very complex characters! Torrence is a Satanist who worships “The Savior”, her savior (Conrad). He is a guru, cult leader type of individual with a deity possessing his body. Once 7 pure souls are sacrificed, Hell will come to earth while both Torrence and Conrad will become Gods.

But what I loved most about the story was Torrence. Though devoted to her savior for bringing her sinful nature a purpose, she is a natural dominant leader. She has a group of men who worship her and the author’s explanation as to why is VERY WELL DONE! Though you may not agree with their worship of her, it’s close to impossible for the reader to not UNDERSTAND at the least.

It was gory, violently sadistic, heartless, offensive, gritty, lustful, sinful, and yet… I was so honored to indulge.
